Scenic Rim Clydesdale Spectacular
17 June 2021 - 18 June 2023 The Scenic Rim Clydesdale Spectacular featuring the Fassifern Highland Gathering is a event showcasing the iconic Clydesdale Horse, celebrating the traditions and heritage of ‘the breed that built the nation’ and a celebration of the rich Scottish heritage and history in the region.
Boonah Arts Festival
An eight day arts festival including awards for art, writing and fashion. The festival includes events such as the Great Comedy Debate, Combined Bands Concert, Youth Showcase, Sip and Paint and Fashion and Festival Awards. Free entry to the Art Awards on display throughout the week.
Scenic Rim Gravity Enduro Series
The goal is to race down the competitive stages, recording a time for each, which is then consolidated into a single time with the fastest time of all competitors declared the winner. In between each competitive stage, is the transition stages. This will be predominantly uphill, and are for transitioning the riders from the end of the previous competitive stage to the start of the next one.
