Please think of others – Lake Moogerah Campground is a Communal Holiday & Recreation Park  

Checking In 

heck in from 1.00 pm . Check out by 11.00 am on the day of departure. 
Please set up in allocated camping areas only and observe all signs in the park and its boundaries. Do not set up on any site without making a booking. 
 

Camp site information  

• If any part of vehicle is used for camping, a camp site must be used. 

• Dump point for grey and black waste is located behind the amenities block. 

• Campfires are permitted only in portable fire pits. Campfires are not permitted when a fire ban has been declared. 

Park Rules 

Driving 
All guests must register at the office on arrival to obtain relevant access codes (unless advised differently). 
Vehicle speed is not to exceed 10kph within the park. Please help us conserve the grass and keep driving within the park to an absolute minimum, especially when wet. 
Unregistered and uninsured vehicles are not permitted within the park. All drivers must hold a current and valid drivers license. 
 
Camp Sites 
Only powered sites have a reserved area. Unpowered Camping sites are provided on a first in best dressed scenario. Campground capacity is capped to a sustainable capacity ensuring plenty of space. If the area you would like (or usually camp) is already occupied when you arrive, you will need to select an alternative location within the park to setup your camp, suitably distanced from the already established camp. 
 
Children 
Children must be properly supervised at all times especially in and around amenities blocks. 
 
Functions & Mass Gatherings 
No Functions or mass gatherings without prior arrangement with Park Management. 
 
Campfires 
Campfires are allowed in a portable above ground fire container (BYO). To avoid disappointment, you may wish to bring your own fire container, which must be raised off the ground on legs and contain all ash and embers. Removal / relocation of rocks from the area for a fire ring is not allowed. Campfires are not to be left unattended. Campfires are to be extinguished prior to departure and cooled with water. Campfire ash may be tipped into the ash drum on site after ensuring it is no longer hot and can cause any issues like a bin fire or smouldering - you may need to cool with water. 
 
Noise Restrictions 
All noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times and kept to an absolute minimum after 10pm. Music, radios, loud talking, and other noise making activities must cease by 10pm. Drunken and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. 
 
Rubbish 
Campsites must be kept clean at all times and all rubbish disposed of correctly before leaving the site. 
Cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly. All rubbish is to be placed in the bins provided. 
 
Items Not Permitted 
No dogs, no generators, no chainsaws. A camp kitchen is provided for the washing up of cooking utensils - please do not wash up within the amenities blocks or laundry tubs. 
 
Boats / Watercrafts 
Boats are to be launched from the designated boat ramps only - not the waters edge. Campers must follow the direction of any signage around the park including Council and Seqwater signage, and must not camp outside a designated camping area. 

Site Bookings, Boundaries and Usage  

Site allocation is at manager’s discretion. Site preference is requested but no guarantee of a particular site is given to a customer. Your site allows for one car and your camping setup (van/tent/camper trailer) with up to a metre separation to the boundaries. Consult closely with Park staff and Park map to know exactly what the layout of your site is and how to best fit onto it comfortably.  

The Park’s natural bushy setting also means that we have a great variety of site sizes and shapes interspersed with many trees. We feel that it is important that your site selection is perfectly matched to your needs to ensure you have a great stay with us. We have also included the following information and guidelines to further enhance your holiday.  

Damage to the Park  

Any guest or visitor of a guest who willfully or through their negligence damages the Park facilities or its property will pay for the damage. Guests are responsible for damages caused by their guests and children.  

Damage & Personal Injury  

Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, the Park and Belgravia Leisure excludes any liability to the Guest Booking Agreement, tort, statute or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by the Guest and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Member, arising from or in connection with the Booking Contract and/or the services/products provided by the Centre and/or Belgravia Leisure, and/or any act or omission of the Park and/or Belgravia Leisure.  

Breach of Park Rules (Terms & Conditions)  

Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in a warning and any further breach will result in a second warning and your stay being terminated. A proven serious breach of the general conditions of entry may result in immediate termination of your stay without warning. The Guest, Belgravia Leisure and the Park each hold reciprocal rights of termination for a material breach of any term or condition of the Accommodation Agreement.   

Privacy  

A Customer’s “personal information” (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) will only be used by the Park or Belgravia Leisure to provide you with the services contemplated in accordance with your accommodation Contract. Please refer to the privacy statement on the website.
